I accessed the library as a guest but apparently one needs an annual membership which is 10.000 Rwf for adults and 5.000 for kids.
At the library you can borrow books, use their computers or wi-fi, study in quiet comfortable settings or if you are a kid there is learning lessons with the one laptop per child program in the morning and first come first served free use of the laptops in the afternoon (is my impression).

In Kigali the Fidesco center is named after the founders Cyprien and Daphrose Rugamba, who were killed during the genocide. Children at i Fidesco are offered a place to saty for up to 6 months.
