Human Trafficking is explotation of men, women and children. It can be organized or it can be right under or noses. It may be prostitution but it can also be forced labour at factories, farms or in private homes. Often human trafficking can only be prevented by tips from locals. In danish law, there is not a big difference between people helping refugees and those exploiting people through threats and force.Somtimes persons may not wish assistance from the autorities as they would rightly feel, that they would be returned to the situation that landed them here in the frst place, perhaps with repercaussions. Yet, one should be vigilant and if in doubt one could advice persons on where to seek help or contact the local organizations, when in doubt.
