Kom til pårørendecafe og få en god snak eller lidt hjælp og inspiration fra andre, som ved hvad det vil sige at være tæt på en, der er psykisk syg. Cafeen er et trygt og fortroligt rum, hvor du kan udveksle dine tanker og bekymringer med andre pårørende. Ved nogle cafemøder sætter vi spot på en udvalgt problemstilling, som vi ved at mange pårørende har inde på livet. Temaaftener indledes normalt med et kort oplæg fra en ekspert, som også vil være til stede efterfølgende for at besvare spørgsmål. Andre gange er aftenen uden tema, så deltagerne har masser af tid til at udveksle erfaringer og frit kan tale sammen om det, man har på hjerte. Vi har erfaring for, at det er meget værdifuldt.
