Library of Kigali: Access to computers & Wi-fi
Unlimited Access to WIFI as well as 3hrs daily free internet access on any computer terminals in the different sections of the library, if you are a member but you may also try as a guest.
I accessed the library as a guest but apparently one needs an annual membership which is 10.000 Rwf for adults and 5.000 for kids.
At the library you can borrow books, use their computers or wi-fi, study in quiet comfortable settings or if you are a kid there is learning lessons with the one laptop per child program in the morning and first come first served free use of the laptops in the afternoon (is my impression).
