They save animals and they are open for visitors to come connect with animals to remind people that animals have the right to be here and to be respected. There are gentle barns in four states and they hope to expand.
They rescue dogs and cats and they have a large hospital to treat them. They also have outreach programs and neutering programs and they train vets at the hospital and teach children about the rights of dogs. You can adopt or sponsor a dog and sponsor cats. They also work to end the meat trade of cats and dogs. They also have activities in other countries to speak up for the welfare of cats and dog.

Soi Dog Foundation does not have a shelter in Bangkok and only has a small clinic for spay/neuter surgeries. A danish couple have since 2014 established a center with three activities. A kindergarden, a course in leadership skills and other courses in various vocational skills.

They have a lifeline and people to talk with when experience depression or have thought of suicide. They also have some community programs and they try to advocate and educate on the topic of mental health.
When people call, text, or chat 988, they will be connected to trained counselors that are part of the existing Lifeline network. These trained counselors will listen, understand how their problems are affecting them, provide support, and connect them to resources if necessary.
