It is hard to determine how widespread the sexual abuse of children in Afghanistan has become but the lack of anyone maintaining law and order has given a free reign to the already dominant male culture where women, girls and boys are often abused regardless of age. There are a few organizations trying to help but there is very little help to get and it is very difficult for children to get help.
