A local volunteer is needed to be in charge of this page and help find the organizations, associations, churches, clubs and everything else that helps other people freely.
That way locals will be able to find help, even with tabooed topics, or they can see where to help; you don't always know what everyone in your town is doing ;)
You can also make polls and let people vote on which are the most pressing problems in your area, which is beneficial to all that wish to help or get insight into what is going on at your place.
As an administrator you can also assign topics to others, as long as you find someone responsible. You may also be required to help some of the small local organizations register their profile.
