Disabilities - Rwanda

There are many types of disabilities. They could be physical, as many have had hands and legs cut of during the genocide. However it could also be blindness or deafness or even mental disabilities. 

People with disabilities are often looked down upon as many depend on others to survive, however most do depend on others to survive even if they do not have a disability and many can take care of themselves, if they are given a chance.
