STORIES FOR HOPE

Aims to promote the healing and reconciliation of youth whose families were negatively affected in the genocide 1994.Thus dialogue and stories are derived from elder (who lived genocide) to the youth. Stories For Hope is led by Patricia Pasick, Ph.D., a psychologist from Ann Arbor, Michigan, with a team of researchers and archivists from the University of Michigan and local NGOs in Rwanda.

  • Dialog Sesssions after which every person leaves with a CD of the conversation, a CD player, and a framed photo.

 

Purpose/Mission Statement

  • To promote peace, unity and recovery through bio-testimonials of elder to younger citizens of Rwanda.
