Rights/Justice

 

Historically human right do not have a good record in Rwanda, however improvements have been made and there are good reasons to try and uphold them. There are three legal aid workers in every district operating ‘Access to Justice Bureaus’. Two of those legal aid workers are paid by the government while one is paid by UNICEF (Attorney General, Tharcisse Karugarama NT). Thus, peope can seek assistance for legal issues.
